Abstract

Islam is the religion of nature and the complete code of life. Allah Almighty sent the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) as a messenger to propagate this religion. The biography of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) shows us a complete path in every field of life. Islam has established the basis of human rights on equality. All human beings are equal and as a human being, no person has any preference over another. However, there is a difference based on some external causes and abilities and this is the requirement of nature. The most honorable in the sight of Allah is the one who is the most pious. There are four basic human rights in Islam: security of life, security of property, security of honor, and security of thought. In Islam, the rights of all human classes have been described. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) explained them in his practical life. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has determined workers' rights to survive an economic system based on justice and fairness. Before Islam, laborers did not have these rights and they were treated unfairly. Islam has ordered to treat disabled people well. Islam has given the right of exception to the disabled in many rules and issues and has given them respect and dignity like other classes. Before the advent of Islam, women were deprived of social respect and dignity. During the Jahiliyyah period, it was customary to bury girls alive. Islam abolished all customs and practices against human dignity and honored women with respect and dignity. Islam has given many other rights to women including chastity, privacy, education, good behavior, property, the sanctity of marriage, sponsorship, and divorce. Islam abolished the class division between men and women. The man was appointed as the protector and administrator of the woman and made the man responsible and accountable for the provision of all the rights of the woman.
