Islamic sukuk has an important role in the Islamic economy and these sukuk have been issued in different countries of the world, including European and African countries in addition to Islamic countries. And these sukuk are different types, one of them is Investment Sukuk. These Sukuk are more important in Economy. Investment sukuk refers to documents, which have equal value, and represent undivided shares in the ownership of usufructs and services or assets of a specific project and the purpose of issuing Sukuk is to get people to invest. Many investment sukuk have been issued in the market today, in this article we will research and critically evaluate whether the investment sukuk that are being issued today have fully complied with the rules of Shariah. And the objectives of the Islamic economy, do they fulfill these objectives? Because the institutions that issue sukuk, their effort is that these sukuk compete with the interest documents) (Bonds) prevailing in the market, and have the same characteristics, which the interest documents carry., so that their promotion in the market is easy, although interest documents have different characteristics, and investment sukuk have different characteristics. Dealing with Islamic Sukuk as a common interest document in the market does not affect the economy which is the characteristic of Islamic economy that there is a process of distribution of wealth and no concentration of wealth.
