The purpose of this research was to investigate the factors influencing job satisfaction and teaching effectiveness among faculty members in four colleges in Sukkur. The predictors used were regression analysis that included promotion chances, remuneration, work environment, support from administration, and difficulties. The results indicated that opportunities for promotion, pay, and challenges positively affected job satisfaction and teaching effectiveness significantly, with work conditions having little effect, and administrative support having only a small negative effect. These findings underscore the significance of giving faculty career development opportunities, equitable pay, and resolving challenges to improve their overall satisfaction and teaching effectiveness. The research indicates that institutions must work towards enhancing these major factors to ensure a good academic environment and enhance faculty performance.
