Abstract

In the present article the efforts of Shaba’s, Tabieen, Taba Tabieen, and predecessor based on jurisprudence in recent era from Rasool Allah (S.A.W) to recent era have been discussed. All that efforts have been discussed with these own methodology. Similarly to bring comfort in this the efforts made in recent era are debatable. Furthermore, Allama Abdu Rehman Aljaziri which in fact is a jurisprudent encyclopedia, his method has also been discussed.
