ARBIC-6 Regulations for Working with the Precautionary Principle in Islamic Jurisprudence and Its Impact on Contemporary Jurisprudence: A Jurisprudential Theoretical Study

Abstract

Many of the jurisprudential maters are extracted based on the principle of precaution in the jurisprudence books, but despite this they are devoid of stating the details about working with it. So when religious scholars graduate from religious schools after reading those books of jurisprudence and go to society, they use it in most contemporary jurisprudential issues. But sometime this thing leads to illegal precaution. So therefore it is necessary to us to know the rules for working with it in Islamic jurisprudence. As for this paper, it mentions the rules for working with it in order to facilitate its use in contemporary jurisprudence.
