Abstract

Human being is prone to error. A man comes to face different situations and issues in his life that he never faced earlier, so is unaware of their consequences. That's why tackling the new situations and dealing with issues, that were earlier never faced is a big challenge in everyone's life which throws one into a dilemma and confusion. In such circumstances Islamic religious law (Sharia) guides us towards utilizing our intellect and wisdom to solve the problem and delegating our job to Allah, catching hold of the strongest ring of his trust and reliance, this is what you name "Agency or Delegation" (Wakalah).
