Abstract

Islam is Allah's favorite and safe religion till the Day of Judgment. The sign of this religion is that it can never be overcome, but it prevails over other religions. That is why, at any time or in any area, whenever an outsider became dominant on it, its followers continue their efforts to dominate this religion as per their capacity. In the era of British imperialism on Indian subcontinent, the Muslim scholars and intellectuals, in view of their Islamic pride, could not accept the dominancy other than Islam and continued their struggles to dominate the Islamic State. After the ‘Alamgir’s rule, in Indian subcontinent, the Muslim government and its domination continued to decline, and after 1857 its was abolished completely . During this period, Muslim intellectuals were constantly striving for domination. In this article, their efforts are presented in a unique way so that the coming Muslim generations will never be disappointed in any situation and as per Islamic nature, they should rely on Allah for the revival of Islam and its supremacy.
