This study investigates the Taqreeri Hadiths—narrations that record the tacit approvals of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ—related to daily life matters as documented in Sahih Muslim. Unlike verbal statements or direct actions of the Prophet, Taqreer refers to his silent approval of the actions of his companions, which is considered a significant source of Sunnah in Islamic jurisprudence. This research identifies and analyzes Hadiths in which the Prophet (PBUH) witnessed companions engaging in various personal, social, and domestic practices and chose not to object, thereby indicating implicit approval. By focusing on everyday human behavior—such as eating habits, clothing, social interaction, household affairs, and interpersonal conduct—this study highlights how prophetic silence served as a legislative and ethical endorsement. The paper further explores how classical jurists interpreted such Hadiths to derive rulings and construct normative guidelines for Muslim society. Through a thematic and jurisprudential lens, the study underlines the enduring relevance of Taqreeri Hadiths in shaping Muslim conduct in ordinary life.
