Abstract

Islam is a complete manual for life. In which complete guidance has been provided not only about worship but also about all matters. While Pakistan is facing other problems, there is also a serious problem of municipal system. If you study  blessed life of Muhammad (SAW), you will understand that if any state wants to become a welfare state, it can achieve sure success by adopting the principles provided by the Messenger of Allah. And historically, Khilafat Rashida is also called the golden age of human history. Because they achieved all the goals by adopting the principles provided from Hazrat Muhammad (SAW). Today, in the context of civil administration in Pakistan, difficulties faced by us can be sorted out in the light of Sirat Tayyaba and Hayat Sahaba, and Pakistan can be made an orderly  and coordinated state.
