Abstract

Sahaba is the plural of Sahabi which means companion. In the term of Shari'ah, Sahabi refers to one who has visited the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) in a state of faith or has received the honor of his holy companionship and in that state he has left this world . Allah Ta'ala announced in the Holy Qur'an that He was pleased with them and that they would be in Paradise. Several verses of the Holy Qur'an praise and describe the Companions, their faith and their Paradise. In this article, we examine the characteristics of Hazrat Umar, which are his main characteristics:
