Abstract

The rules of preferences in context is a great concern among the other rules of preferences, as this requires careful consideration and thought in the context of one or more verses, and linking them to reach knowledge of what is intended from them, which is a balance known by the acceptable interpretation from others. Interpreters have relied on it throughout the ages, including Sheikh Al-Sayyid Amir Ali al-Hindi, in his tafseer called "Mawaheb ul Rahman". In this article, the researcher focused on extracting rules for preferences in context from his aforementioned interpretation, and eventually evaluating them, including practical examples.
