Islamic missionaries and military adventurers from Persia came into Kashmir and preached the doctrine and teachings of Islam to the Kashmiris. Persian language and literature was highly impressive language at that time. The credit for laying the concrete foundation of Persian goes to Shamir’s period who played a significant role to promote epistemic and Persian literature.
