Abstract

Literature, democracy and society are indispensable to each other.  Literature ceases to be meaningful without democratic approach and reflection. And reflection. Democracy can’t thrive without literature and no society can survive without democracy and literature. In a way, three of these are directly related to human life. Literature expresses and democracy discovers and provides new ways and forums to ponder over this expression and creates depth, seriousness and maturity in the thinking of a society’s practical, considerate and impartial society comes into existence. In this article an analysis of inter relation between literature, democracy and society is presented.
