The protection of human life is one of the basic and challenging issues that have always been the focus of jurists and jurists in history. Increase. This short text describes the fact that unlike the propaganda of some enemies of Islam, Islam has given a lot of importance to human life and its safety. The pure teachings of Islam and the guidance of the Qur'an show that the protection of human life is one of the fundamental principles of Islam and for its defense and support, Islam has taken many direct and indirect measures and these measures are such that The Islamic system of protection of human life creates precedence over all other human rights laws, which is impossible to deny. The objective of this research is to review the application of Islamic jurisprudence and international human rights laws under the title of protection of human life and their we have to bring out the commonalities and differences and defects between them so that they become a strong argument for our claim.
