Difference between retreatal and monasticism in the light of Quran, Sunaah & Shariah

This article explains the difference between I'tikaf and monasticism in the light of Quran and Sunnah. Food is necessary for survival; similarly, the food of the soul is the remembrance of Allah. I'tikaf is also a kind of remembrance of Allah. I'tikaf is actually to cut off worldly pleasures for a few days and get close to Allah through spirituality, but eating, drinking, cleaning and other important things are permissible during I'tikaf. While monasticism not only prohibits all these activities, but also other legitimate matters, but the origin of monasticism was really to protect its religion, since they abandoned their purpose, this system lost its original identity. This is an important point that distinguishes itikaf from monasticism, that many matters are permissible in itikaf, while many permissible matters are prohibited in monasticism, if it is said that all worldly affairs are impermissible in monasticism, then it will not be wrong to say. So, the result is that if we have the enthusiasm to protect our religion, then we have to carry it according to Sharia because man is not perfect and cannot be, therefore man should follow the way of God Almighty. Because if man searches for God with his intellect, the same thing will happen that happened about fourteen hundred years ago. Idols of God were made with hands and then it was thought that these idols would get us out of trouble. And the devil tries to mislead a person in every way, so even if he follows a religion, a person should always pray to be upright. And then, as much knowledge as Allah has given to man, he should be satisfied with it, and he should not remove the God's secrets for no reason. The type of qualitative research used is descriptive research in this article.
