Abstract

Sultan Bahu is the most popular saint of the subcontinent. Sufis consider the first thing God generated was the light (Noor) of the Muhammad, which He made from a fistful of His own light. Into Sufi believes,  Muhammad is the light (Noor) that clear up the truths for all creatures. Muhammad's light predates and reports the rest of creation. From this primordial Muhammadan light (Noor e Muhammadi) all other things were created: the throne, the pen, the chair, the earth, the heavens and all that is on the earth are an ex-tension of that light, as Sultan Bahu have same believes, but majority of Islamic religious Scholars do not admit this thought. They believe that Muhammad ﷺ is human being, as Sultan Bahu have same believes.
